Orders & Production
We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment and personalization confirmation. Courier delivery time (e.g. InPost or DPD) is typically 1-2 business days within Poland.
Of course! Before adding to cart, you can see a realistic live preview in our configurator. If we have any questions about your details, we will contact you before crafting.
Because production starts very quickly (often the same day), please contact us within at most 1 hour after placing your order via WhatsApp or email.
Personalization & Products
Yes — we support license plates from Poland, Ukraine, Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, and other EU countries. Our team ensures that fonts and details are faithfully recreated.
In our configurator, you can choose from dozens of popular car brand logos. You can also upload your custom photo or logo.
If you choose the "Gift wrap" option, your customized items will be carefully packed in an elegant premium black box with a red satin ribbon — ready to be gifted immediately!
The document cover is an elegant leather wallet designed for vehicle registration papers, driving license, and cards. The Keyless key case is a compact zippered pouch for your car key with a clip and security chain.
Shipping & Payments
We support the fastest and most secure methods: online transfers (BLIK, PayU, Przelewy24), card payments (Visa, Mastercard), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Yes, we ship across the European Union. International shipping costs are calculated automatically in your cart after entering your destination address.
Delivery via DPD courier or InPost parcel locker starts from 15 PLN. For orders exceeding the threshold, courier delivery in Poland is free!
Returns & Complaints
Products made to your individual order (with custom text, license plate, or photo) are crafted specifically for you and by law cannot be returned (Art. 38 item 3 of the Consumer Rights Act). Please review your preview carefully before ordering.
We pack each item with great care, but if something goes wrong during transit or if we made an error — contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with photos attached. We will replace the product under warranty as quickly as possible.
